1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Tinchuley Gurung Homestay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payments

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in or as per the specific agreement during booking. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival: 90% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards the hosts and other guests. Any behavior that causes disturbance or damage to the property may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Liability

Tinchuley Gurung Homestay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables. We are also not liable for any injuries sustained on the property unless caused by our direct negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Darjeeling, West Bengal.
